To be performed within 90 days of original inspection. Should
be scheduled with original inspector.
- Partial Inspection - $195.00
Includes an inspection of up to 2 of the following are

- Exterior
- Kitchen
- Electrical
- Interior
- Structural
- Heating and Cooling
Typical Partial Inspections include:
Wet Basement, Roof, Structure.
- Long Ladder
We do not offer Long Ladder Inspections. Client may call
Home Connections at 1-888-764-6863 for a referral to a roofing
company equipped to perform a long ladder inspection.
- Apartment Buildings - Fee based
on sales price plus $70.00 per additional unit
First unit is included in normal fee.
- Commercial Buildings - $300.00
PLUS $75.00 Per Thousand Sq. Ft. of Space
Please call the office if more information is needed.
- Duplexes - Fee Based on Sales Price
Less than $200, 000 Sales Price, same inspection fee as
townhouse.
If both sides of duplex are to be inspected, add $150.00
for second side.

- Professional Radon Test
$140.00 with Home Inspection
$140.00 without Home Inspection
Performed at same time as regular home inspection. Includes two
e-Perm test units and tamper devices. Written test results available
at conclusion of 48 hour radon survey. Each test is performed
by an EPA listed Radon Professional. Closed house conditions must
be met 12 hours before and during the test period.
- Well Water Potability Test
$95.00 with regular Home Inspection
$125.00 without Home Inspection
Five-day turnaround time. Certified laboratory analysis of well
water. Analyses tested: Coliform, Bacteria, Nitrates, pH, and
Chlorine. Additional analytes can be added for additional fees:
- $35.00 each - Lead, Copper
- $25.00 each - TDS, Turbidity
- Lead in Well Water Test
$95.00 - Lead in Water Test with Home Inspection
$125.00 - Lead in Water Test without Home Inspection
Five-day turnaround time.
- Lead Paint Test
