Steve Messerschmidt is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and has twenty-five years experience in property management, construction, and installation and service of mechanical systems in both single and multi-family dwellings. He is experienced in all phases of systems and equipment service, including HVAC, CATV, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and exterior and interior structural and mechanical components and finishes. He holds certifications for CFC recovery and pool operation. Steve is a native of Northern Virginia, attended college locally, and served in the United States Navy. He enjoys fishing, golf, and home improvement projects.
