Mike Powers is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) with over 2500 full home inspections completed. He is a graduate and field trainer of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute. Mike has 10 years experience in home building, remodeling, property repair and management and in addition has experience inspecting all types of properties, including new homes, multi-unit apartments buildings and homes over 150 years old. Mike has built a reputation as a thorough and detailed inspector and his goal during the inspection is to provide an objective evaluation of the overall condition of the property. He gives his clients sound information so they may gain a realistic perspective about the property. Mike is a retired police office with experience as a Crime Scene Investigator, Accident Reconstructionalist and Investigations, which has helped him establish a discipline and work ethic for thoroughness and detail.
