Mark Linebaugh has worked in a variety of the building trades to include commercial roofing, vinyl siding, interior/exterior painting, drywall installation (rough and finish), as well as an electrician in both industrial and new building construction environments. Mark earned an Associates of Arts degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute in Columbus, Ohio and has worked as an Electronic Troubleshooter, Field Service Engineer, and a Process Engineer in the electronics industry. Over the years, Mark has purchased, renovated, and sold homes on numerous occasions with investors or independently. He has been involved in various types of property management and owned his own handyman business. Mark attended and passed a home inspector training course recognized by the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) through Building Specs. To further his education in the industry, Mark attended and graduated from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and has gone through hundreds of hours of field training. Mark has inspected commercial properties, both new and existing homes, in addition to homes in various stages of construction. |
