Dave Jones is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute. He is the owner and principal inspector of Advantage Home Inspections LC. Dave is retired from Virginia Power after 30 years in the Engineering and Construction departments. He had owned 11 homes and personally remodeled three of them. Dave served as his own General Contractor in one home where he and his wife completed the wiring, most of the plumbing, trim carpentry, and insulation. They also installed the hardwood and vinyl floors as well as the kitchen cabinets and countertops. This experience helps him observe and communicate needed repairs and home maintenance. Dave's goal as a home inspector is to provide an objective and impartial professional inspection. He fulfills these objectives while providing a personal touch to your home buying concerns.
